Required skills:
- At least 2 years of Project management roles experience
- Experience in the role of Software Engineer is a must
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Understanding the cycle of software implementation and support
- Experience in hiring and growing teams

Main Responsibilities:
- Performing overall project planning: estimating, and scheduling project work to achieve the scope
- Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project successful delivery
- Coordinating development teams and their leads or/and supervising another PMs
- Taking corrective actions required to deliver complete scope with desired quality on time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation, etc.)
- Managing projects staff (partially): tracking, coordinating, and notifying management about the need for staff career growth; avoiding conflicts in the team
- Help team to deliver faster and with better quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers and leaders at multiple locations to deliver projects
- Take part in hiring process
