Requirements
— Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
— Proficiency in problem-solving and self-learning;
— Punctuality and meticulous attention to detail;
— Proficiency in performing major laptop repairs such as wifi card replacement, SSD installation, and laptop cleaning;
— Installation, configuration, and proficiency in operating systems such as Windows/Linux (knowledge of Mac OS is desirable);
— Fundamental knowledge of network infrastructure protocols like TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, DNS, Ipsec, etc.;
— Configuration of routers and wifi networks;
— Preferably experienced with environments such as Mikrotik, Vmware, GSuite, Azure, Proxmox;
— Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English level;
— Based in Ukraine (with the option for occasional office visits).
Would Be a Plus
— Familiarity with monitoring systems like Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
Responsibilities
— Effective communication with HYS contractors;
— Installation and setup of computers and office equipment;
— Providing technical support to users and configuring software;
— Managing equipment inventory, performing minor repairs as necessary;
— Oversight and configuration of network infrastructure, including cable management;
— Operating virtual machines and managing virtualization servers.
