Requirements
- Project management experience in IT sector 2+ years
- Understanding of how IT business works and peculiarities of European markets
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Process
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and Scrum methodology
- Advanced English (speaking and writing) is a must
- Knowledge of Jira and other project management tools
- Great presentation skills
- Self-management, time management and self-organization skills
- Result orientation and ability to provide results under pressure and within tight time-frames
- Ability to analyze & recognize prospect/client needs and find appropriate solutions
- Proactiveness and initiative skills
- Self-education and fast-education abilities

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require to act as ’translator’ between business representatives and solutions delivery team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
