    Problem Engineer, you will lead problem management efforts for Rockwell’s
    customers’ OT infrastructure. Working with the Managed Support Incident and
    Change teams, you will identify and manage the root causes of incidents to
    reduce their impact and prevent recurrence. You will focus on resolving
    underlying issues rather than just addressing symptoms. You will identify
    problems based on available data from alarm and ticketing systems. Location:
    Katowice, Poland (Hybrid Schedule) Report to: CI Quality Lead, MSS, Poland Your
    Responsibilities: Contribute to the Problem Management process by supporting the
    identification, analysis, and resolution of recurring issues according to ITIL
    best practices. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and recurring
    incidents. Collaborate with Incident and Change Management teams to ensure
    seamless service delivery. Maintain and update the Known Error Database (KEDB)
    and Problem Records. Identify trends and patterns in incident data to prevent
    future issues. Develop and implement workarounds and permanent fixes for known
    problems. The Essentials – You Will Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
    Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
    service delivery in one or more of the following areas: Security, Networking, or
    Infrastructure. Minimum 2 years of experience in proactive problem management or
    problem identification. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational
    skills. Familiar with ITIL methodology. Proficiency in English (minimum B2
    level). The Preferred – You Might Also Have: Experience with virtualization
    platforms (VMware, Nutanix). Knowledge of server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco).
    Familiarity with network switches (Cisco, HPE, Dell). Experience with Microsoft
    Windows Servers (2008–2025). Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, BackupExec,
    Cove, etc.). Exposure to MSR solutions (e.g., Cyolo, Claroty). Experience with
    infrastructure monitoring platforms. Familiarity with firewalls (Cisco, Palo
