    Job Description

    This role can be based in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, San Francisco or New York
    City.

    home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business
    needs of the team.

    opportunity can be realized. Within Trust, the Business Development team drives
    strategic collaborations with industry partners, technology providers and
    various organizations to enhance platform integrity, combat emerging threats,
    and advance best practices in trust and safety.

    This role will be a critical part of the team that identifies and launches new
    and innovative ways for LinkedIn to interface with the broader trust landscape.
    It’s an exciting opportunity to be a full-stack business development and product
    pro, ranging from business and product strategy, deals, partner and program
    management. You will also get a broad purview to all things Trust, Safety and
    Responsible AI at the most trusted social platform in the world, LinkedIn.

    Responsibilities:

    * Proactively identify and evaluate new opportunities for LinkedIn’s Trust
    initiatives, and how we can develop partner programs to accelerate/scale.
    * Gather and share ecosystem insights and competitive analysis to inform
    product and partner program strategy.
    * Stay up to date on trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
    to inform product strategy and identify opportunities to drive increased
    value for partners.
    * Synthesize deal concepts into term sheets and contracts, work closely with
    legal to draft agreements for partnerships and/or programs.
    * Drive program development through collaboration with cross-functional teams,
    including product, legal, marketing, and sales, to deliver on strategy.
    * Track progress of existing partnerships, provide frequent written and verbal
    updates, and implement tracking and reporting for partner metrics.
    * Make decisions (or present a recommendation) to drive highly complex projects
    while overcoming challenges of managing multiple cross-functional
    stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    * Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
    * 5+ years of work experience in a business development or strategy role.
    * Experience in business development or partnerships focused roles in the
    technology industry; background in platform or product partnerships.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    * MBA degree is highly preferred.
    * Understanding of the broader tech landscape including key players, business
    models and emerging trends; added bonus if you have expertise in Trust &
    Safety, Responsible AI.
    * Highly accountable, proactive and solution-oriented; equally comfortable
    working on zero-to-one initiatives as well as scaled programs.
    * Experience with deal development – ability to understand legal contracts and
    negotiate deals with partners. Negotiation skills and experience working with
    Legal and cross-functional teams to finalize partnership agreements.
    * Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among
    multiple stakeholders.
    * Proven track record of developing and executing strategies, programs, and
    partnerships that deliver value to partners.
    * Strong written and verbal communication, able to talk internally and
    externally about the value you’re driving through programs and partnerships.
    * Strong financial analysis, modeling, and business skills. Ability to leverage
    data analysis and insights to develop compelling business cases.
    * Experience in project management, with a proven ability to bring structure
    and organization to new or existing complex projects.
    * Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within
    deadlines with little supervision.
    * Expert knowledge and familiarity with productivity tools e.g. MS Office,
    Google Docs, Teams, Slack; strong ability to be proficient in enterprise
    workflow tools.

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The pay range for this role is $138,000 to $225,000. Actual compensation
    packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate,
    including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and
    specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to
    differences in the cost of labor.

    The total compensation package for this position may also include annual
    performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive
