    What daily challenges are waiting for you?

    * Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting: lead the preparation of monthly,
    quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS
    standards.
    * Audit & Compliance Management: oversee the annual external audit process; act
    as the main liaison with auditors; ensure compliance with legal and reporting
    standards.
    * Coordination of External Accounting Providers: supervise third-party
    accounting firms across multiple countries to ensure high-quality, compliant,
    and timely reporting.
    * Controlling & Risk Monitoring: implement and manage internal controls to
    monitor financial flows across all revenue streams (marketplace,
    subscriptions, B2B/B2C, merchant payouts).
    * Process Improvement & Automation: design and implement scalable, streamlined
    financial reporting processes that reduce manual effort, enhance accuracy,
    and improve visibility.
    * Internal Reporting & Analysis: deliver insightful financial reports to the
    executive team and key finance stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
    * Budgeting & Forecasting: support annual budget cycles and ongoing financial
    forecasting, including scenario planning and risk assessments.
    * Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with internal teams (finance,
    product, operations, commercial) to validate financial and operational data
    and align reporting processes.

    What you need to be successful in this role?

    * Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles.
    * Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience with consolidated
    reporting.
    * Proven experience managing external audits and coordinating with accounting
    service providers.
    * Solid understanding of accounting principles, compliance frameworks, and
    internal controls.
    * Experience in process optimization and integration of financial systems.
    * Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    * Ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    * Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
    * Prior experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, tech, or multi-entity business
    is preferred.
