    HR Business Partner – Einstein

    Purpose of Role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time HR Business Partner to join our
    Polish team in providing HR advice and support to Einstein school in Warsaw.
    This role is on-site.

    Key Responsibilities

    Onboarding Coordination

    * Oversee the completion of the onboarding process for the school, ensuring all
    activities align with the group’s standards, policies, and procedures.
    * Create, review, revise, and align the school’s HR processes, policies, and
    procedures with group-level standards, ensuring compliance and consistency
    across the organization, in collaboration with Regional HR team.
    * Implement and ensure the school’s compliance with Safeguarding protocols and
    Safer Recruitment requirements, managing follow-ups on cases of
    non-compliance.
    * Implement and facilitate performance management activities for teaching and
    non-teaching roles.
    * Lead proper ATS and HR system utilization, ensuring best practices across
    employees.
    * Maintain accurate employee data and comply with system processes.

    Recruitment

    * Ensure that the recruitment standards in the schools are maintained to the
    highest level, are professional and rigorous
    * Develop and align role profiles with school needs, ensuring compliance with
    ISP standards and safeguarding requirements.
    * Collaborate with school leadership for effective interviews and candidate
    experience.
    * Align compensation with approved budgets and manage contracts appropriately.
    * Support candidates with background checks, immigration, logistics, and local
    guidance.

    Payroll And Compensation

    * Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    * Communicate payroll and compensation concepts to employees when required.
    * Maintain updated compensation information in the HR systems.

    Employee Experience And Culture

    * Support a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment aligned with ISP
    principles.
    * Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
    * Drive engagement surveys, create action plans, and resolve employee-related
    issues.

    Employee Relations And Legal Compliance

    * Guide conflict resolution and dismissal processes with fairness and empathy.
    * Ensure adherence to legal labor requirements and ISP policies.

    Skills, Qualifications And Experience

    * Strong generalist HR experience, including general HR advice and support,
    change management, HR administration and processes and recruitment and
    selection; experience gained in an educational setting would be a distinct
    advantage.
    * Good experience of HR systems and previous experience of running payroll.
    * Sound knowledge and understanding of Polish employment law and data
    protection legislation, including data protection legislations (GDPR).
    * Ability to recognize and act on the implications of actions and decisions.
    * Strong influencing and facilitation skills.
    * A people-person with a collaborative approach who enjoys working as part of
    HR and the wider team.
    * Strong customer service ethos and the ability to deal with difficult
    situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
    * Comfortable working at all levels of the organization.
    * A self-starter, with drive and initiative, who is flexible and adaptable in
    their approach.
