What can you expect from the job?

• Working mainly in the area of Fair Pay including Local Gender Pay Gap
reporting, and as part of a wider European Rewards Consulting Team delivering a
variety of Rewards solutions (including job evaluation, compensation
benchmarking, and job architectures).

• Broadening your expertise portfolio and improving your analytical & reporting
skills, and growing your Client communication competencies by delivering
projects for our Global Clients.

• Leading our Clients through all project phases from kick-off, through
analytics & report preparation, concluding with presenting the final results &
recommendations to the Client.

• You will be given the opportunity to develop as a Project Manager or/and as a
Subject Matter Expert by playing different consulting roles while collaborating
on projects with colleagues across the organization.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in general Analytics & Reporting, preferably in
Compensation and Benefits, HR in-house or consulting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to identify small errors and
their causes, manage many schedules and priorities simultaneously

• Clear written and verbal communication in English

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs: Particularly Excel, with the
ability to manipulate and present data accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience in generating stories around complex data and presenting
them to a small group of people with diverse views

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with Clients

• Ability to work with little guidance on complex work steps and juggle many
projects at once

What makes you stand out:

• Experience with HR consulting: Direct experience working with Clients,
providing HR consulting services

• Knowledge/understanding of the UK and Ireland Gender Pay Gap legislation and
EU Pay Transparency Directive

• Ability to explain complex statistical concepts and technical findings to
non-technical audiences and participate effectively in a Client-facing setting
with varied interactions, requests, and diverse countries and cultures
