looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with a strong focus on HR administration
and benefits management, who is eager to support our growing team and ensure
smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
As HR Generalist, you will report to the HR Director and play a important role
in day-to-day HR support for our Poland office. You will opportunity to
contribute to regional projects and develop your professional skills
Your main duties will include:
🗂️ HR Administration:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital & paper files)
* Prepare employment contracts, annexes, and termination documents in
compliance with Polish labor law
* Ensure timely reporting and documentation for employee changes (e.g.,
promotions, transfers, leaves)
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding formalities
* Manage time and attendance records, absences, and holiday tracking
* Support payroll preparation in collaboration with external provider
💼 Benefits Coordination:
* Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits
* Coordinate enrollment and changes in benefits programs (e.g., private medical
care, life insurance, Multisport)
* Liaise with external benefit providers to ensure accurate data and smooth
service
* Support annual benefit reviews and communication to employees
📑 Compliance & Reporting:
* Ensure all HR activities are compliant with Polish labor law and internal
policies
* Prepare reports and documentation for audits, inspections, or internal
requests
* Maintain confidentiality and data protection in all HR-related processes
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR administration or generalist role
* Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and HR documentation standards
* Practical experience with payroll input and working with external
payroll/benefits providers
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, (especially Excel)
* Fluent in Polish, English B1
