    About the roleWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Industrial
    Development Engineer with an electrical engineering background to join our
    growing team at Aira Jeden in Wrocław.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing electrical
    assembly processes and advanced automated test systems. This includes the design
    and commissioning of electrical control cabinets, cable harnesses, PCBA, and
    End-of-Line (EOL) testing for HVAC units.

    Working closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing,
    Automation), you’ll be a key player in building a world-class, data-driven
    production system.

    This role requires prior experience in the HVAC or white goods sector and proven
    expertise in LabVIEW-based test automation.

    What you’ll be doing****Electrical Assembly & Testing:

    * Design and optimize electrical assembly processes for: electrical control
    cabinets (E-Boxes); cable harnesses; printed circuit boards (PCBA).

    * Lead the development and implementation of automated and manual test systems
    for: electrical control cabinets; end-of-Line testing of HVAC units; cable
    harnesses and PCBA.

    Test Automation & Compliance:

    * Develop test software using LabVIEW, integrate with PLC and DAQ systems,

    * Ensure all test systems meet applicable safety, compliance, and quality
    standards (UL, CE, ISO),

    * Provide technical support during production ramp-up and resolve electrical
    test-related issues.

    Process Improvement & Digital Integration:

    * Drive improvements in testing efficiency (e.g. cycle time reduction, data
    analysis, failure detection),

    * Integrate test data with MES/WMS systems to support digital manufacturing
    initiatives,

    * Collaborate on team development and best practice sharing within the Aira 1
    factory.

    What you’ll bring to the role

    * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a
    related field,

    * Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and test development in
    the HVAC or white goods industry,

    * Strong proficiency in LabVIEW for automated test system development,

    * Experience with PLC integration, data acquisition (DAQ) systems, and
    electrical instrumentation,

    * Ability to read and create electrical schematics and ensure compliance with
    wiring standards and safety protocols,

    * Practical experience in End-of-Line testing, PCBA verification, and E-Box
    validation,

    * Business-level English (written and spoken), fluent knowledge of Polish

    * Strong project management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

    What would make you stand out

    * Experience with NI TestStand, LabVIEW FPGA, or real-time systems,

    * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM principles,

    * Familiarity with designing test jigs, fixtures, and automated test stations,

    * Understanding of industry standards such as UL, CE, and ISO 9001.
