    Company Overview:

    A Massachusetts-based multi-family office with $5.5 billion in assets under
    management provides comprehensive advisory services, including financial
    planning, portfolio management, tax planning, and estate planning. They are
    seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team in Boston, focusing on public
    market investments and portfolio management.

    Job Responsibilities:

    * Conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis of dividend-focused stocks and
    fixed income securities.
    * Monitor and manage portfolio trading activities, ensuring timely execution
    and adherence to investment guidelines.
    * Perform regular account rebalancing to maintain targeted asset allocations
    and risk profiles.
    * Generate comprehensive performance reports, including calculations and
    analysis of IRR, beta, alpha, and standard deviation.
    * Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for ongoing performance
    monitoring and scenario analysis.
    * Collaborate with external investment managers, brokers, and custodians to
    optimize trading and reporting processes.
    * Prepare investment memos, market commentary, and presentations for internal
    stakeholders.
    * Engage in client-facing activities, communicating portfolio strategy,
    performance, and market outlook.
    * Assist with due diligence and evaluation of new investment opportunities
    across public markets.
    * Stay current on market trends, economic developments, and changes in
    regulatory environments.

    Qualifications:

    * CFA charterholder required.
    * 5 to 10 years of experience in public markets investment analysis.
    * Expertise in managing dividend-oriented equity portfolios and fixed income
    instruments.
    * Strong skills in trading execution, portfolio rebalancing, and risk
    management.
    * Proficiency in performance measurement and attribution, including modeling
    IRR, beta, alpha, and standard deviation.
    * Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling abilities.
    * Familiarity with portfolio management and reporting systems such as
    Bloomberg, FactSet, or Addepar is a plus.

    Compensation:

    Salary: $125,000 – $175,000, Plus Bonus
