    at this stage) that’s redefining how technology empowers daily life. They’re
    looking for a Key Account Manager to drive their consumer market success.

    ✔️ You will manage key consumer accounts, including leading electro chains in
    Poland

    ✔️ Build and execute joint business plans to grow market share and profitability

    ✔️ Be the expert on category trends, shopper behaviour, and sell-out performance

    ✔️ Influence portfolio and promotional strategies for your accounts

    ✔️ Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, and demand planning teams to
    deliver seamless execution

    ✔️ Join a collaborative, energetic team that celebrates results without
    bureaucracy

    What will make you thrive?

    ✨ Experience as Key Account Manager or Junior KAM in consumer electronics, IT
    hardware, or adjacent FMCG durable categories

    ✨ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with modern trade
    retailers or electro chains

    ✨ Strategic mindset – you see beyond price to build long-term value for the
    customer and the brand

    ✨ Hunger to win in a competitive market, backed by structured planning and
    execution

    ✨ Fluency in Polish and English for daily internal and external collaboration
