you’ll be responsible for deploying and managing best-in-class security tooling
to support a complex, growing global organization. You’ll also own the Intrusion
Detection System (IDS) strategy and firewall policy governance.You should be
experienced in engineering at a large/enterprise scale and skilled in
problem-solving and collaborating across teams and time zones. You’ll have the
opportunity to define and enhance security for over 7,000 users and tens of
thousands of devices using industry-leading solutions.Responsibilities ·Deploy,
manage, and maintain security tooling and processes to protect the
organization’s infrastructure and data.Take ownership of enterprise-scale
security solution engineering, including the Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
strategy and firewall policy governance.Automate security tasks and workflows to
improve efficiency and effectiveness.Proactively identify and resolve security
issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.Collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams across different time zones.Contribute to the development
and implementation of security policies and standards.Experience required:Proven
experience as a Network Security Engineer in a large/enterprise
environment.Strong understanding of security principles, with a demonstrated
ability to own and manage security controls.Demonstrable experience with a
variety of security tools, including: o Network IDS/IPS (with a focus on
strategy and ownership) o Firewalls (strong emphasis on governance or policy and
configuration)Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., Python,
Bash, Terraform).Knowledge of:Security Frameworks (NIST, MITRE etc)Security
information and event management (SIEM)Relevant security certifications (e.g.,
CISSP, Vendor Certifications)Experience of working with tools likes Jira,
Planner and ConfluenceWho are you?Independently solve problems: You can take on
