    Summary

    The Regional Manager has strategic responsibilities for managing HR and Mobility
    operations within their assigned region.

    Responsibilities

    * Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions
    ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
    * Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional
    performance, workforce management, and capacity planning
    * Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs
    * Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including
    negotiation of job offers.
    * Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Team
    Leaders.
    * Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints,
    ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.
    * Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day
    operations

    Qualifications

    * 10-12 years of HR and mobility experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of
    experience as a Country Manager
    * Understanding UAE immigration structure: Federal vs. Emirate-level
    jurisdictions (MOHRE vs. GDRFA/ICP)
    * Familiarity with Mainland (e.g., Dubai Economic Department), Free Zones
    (e.g., DMCC, DIFC, ADGM), and Offshore entities
    * Awareness of key regulatory authorities (e.g., GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE, respective
    Free Zone authorities)
