Responsibilities
* Lead the strategy, execution, and improvement of EOR benefits across multiple
regions, ensuring alignment with local regulations, market practices, and
company goals.
* Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions
ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment
* Analyze and report on regional benefits performance metrics, trends, and cost
implications to the Associate Director, offering strategic recommendations
for optimization.
* Monitor and ensure achievement of regional goals and OKRs related to benefits
design, uptake, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
* Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including
negotiation of job offers.
* Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback team members
* Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive benefits cases, including
policy exceptions, vendor disputes, or non-compliance concerns, ensuring fair
and compliant outcomes.
* Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to manage risk and ensure
benefits practices are audit-ready and compliant with global and regional
standards.
* Stay updated on market trends and legislative changes that may impact
benefits offerings or eligibility, recommending adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
* 10–12 years of experience in global HR, Total Rewards, or Benefits
management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional role.
* Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and scaling benefits
programs across multiple countries or regions.
* Strong knowledge of global benefits practices, statutory requirements, and
compliance frameworks.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to translate data
into actionable insights and business cases.
* Proven ability to lead and develop regional strategies aligned with business
objectives and legal standards.
* Experience managing vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
effectively.
* HR or Benefits-specific certifications preferrred
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or other ticketing and case
management platforms is a plus.
