efficiency, and enjoyment About the Role As a Salesforce (CRM) Developer and
Tester, you will be an integral member of the Digital Sales and Marketing team.
Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, documenting, and
implementing changes to the existing Salesforce system. Throughout the software
development life cycle and maintenance phases, you will apply your programming
and database expertise. You will report directly to the Digital Sales and
Marketing Manager. What You Will Do Assist with Salesforce Configuration:
Support the configuration of Salesforce features under the guidance of senior
team members to meet defined business requirements. Support Development Tasks:
Contribute to minor enhancements and updates in the Salesforce platform,
focusing on learning and applying standard development practices. Execute Test
Cases: Participate in quality assurance activities by executing test scripts and
reporting issues to ensure system reliability. Provide First-Level Support: Act
as a first point of contact for basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
related to Salesforce and associated tools. Assist with System Administration:
Help configure and maintain marketing and sales tools such as Pardot and
Showpad, with supervision. Maintain Documentation: Update existing documentation
and assist in creating new materials for Salesforce processes and
configurations. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Basic experience as a Salesforce (CRM) Developer A thorough understanding of
programming languages. Demonstrable knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize existing
implementations. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders in English. Bonus Points if You Have Salesforce
certification What Makes You Eligible Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic
and international travel. Be willing to work in a HARMAN office in Lodz, Poland
