Our End Client, in the Life Sciences sector, is looking to hire an SAP Master Data Analyst to manage and maintain high-quality SAP master data across various domains (Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Skills & Experience needed:
3–5 years of experience working with SAP master data in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Solid understanding of SAP Master Data structures in key modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP data tools (LSMW, MDG, Winshuttle, or equivalent).
Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
Ability to analyse large datasets and identify trends or anomalies.
Flexibility: Can accept change and is flexible toward change.
Planning/Scheduling: Handle multiple projects and priorities in order to meet required deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties:
Own and execute the end-to-end SAP master data lifecycle process (creation, change, deletion, and archival) for one or more data domains (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, Cost Center).
Ensure timely and accurate entry and maintenance of master data to support business operations and project initiatives.
Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) for master data standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
Partner with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
Support data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment efforts.
Utilize SAP and data tools to generate reports and perform data validation, audits, and reconciliations.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of master data documentation, including data dictionaries and SOPs.
Support business process changes, M&A integration, and system upgrades by providing accurate master data insights and transition support.
Monitor data quality KPIs and work proactively to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors.
Collaborate with IT and business teams on master data governance and change control processes.
Additional Information:
The role demands 3 days per week on-site in Kraków, Poland (with some flexibility).
