About the role
We are searching for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist.
How you will get the job done
* monitoring market trends and benchmarks in compensation and participating in
surveys
* conducting salary and benefits analyses to ensure competitiveness
* contributing to the implementation of EU regulations on equal pay and
transparency
* ongoing optimalization of compensation policies and processes
* participating in the salary review processes
* conducting job evaluations
* upgrading the existing relocation practices/foreigners’ management
* creating reports and presentations regarding compensation and benefits
* supporting HR managers and leaders in compensation topics
Skills and experience you will need
* fluency in Polish and very good English (B2)
* 3+ years of proven experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
* experience in job evaluation by WTW or Korn Ferry methodologies
* proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
* knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll systems
* excellent communication skills
* strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
