As a Senior IT Engineer at ICEYE, you will be a key player in maintaining and
advancing our company’s IT infrastructure. You will leverage your deep technical
expertise in specific areas to take ownership of critical systems, services, and
projects around our end user computing stack. You’ll have the opportunity to
design, implement, and manage robust IT solutions, contributing significantly to

What will you do in this role?
* System Ownership & Project Leadership: Take ownership of designated IT
systems and services, ensuring their reliability, performance, and security.
Lead or contribute significantly to IT projects within your areas of
expertise, providing regular updates.
* Design, Implementation & Maintenance: Develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize
robust IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints, etc.) in compliance
with best practices and internal standards.
* Deep Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge to solve complex
technical challenges, improve operational efficiency, and automate tasks
within your focus areas.
* Security & Compliance: Proactively maintain system security through regular
updates, patch management, and lifecycle management of IT assets within your
scope.
* Problem Solving & Incident Management: Lead or participate in thorough
investigations into IT problems and incidents, identifying root causes and
implementing preventive measures.
* Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of relevant IT trends and technologies,
recommending improvements to enhance system performance and security in your
domain.
* Documentation: Document systems, processes, and solutions effectively.
What tech stack will you be working with?
This role will be focusing on our End User Computing and Services. The main
challenges for this role will be around user and access management (Okta, Google
Workspace) and device management (operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) and
device management solutions (Omnissa Workspace One, Puppet)). The ideal
candidate will have extensive experience with at least some of the below
technologies and good understanding of technologies relevant to the team, such
as:
* End User Services and Collaboration tools: Windows, Mac, Linux, Google
Workspace, M365, Atlassian, Okta, Intune, Omnissa Workspace One, Jamf
* Network infrastructure: Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Juniper, Fortigate
* Virtualized Server infrastructure: VMWare, HyperV, Veeam, Nutanix, Lenovo,
Dell VXRail
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience (5+ years suggested) in managing Okta or
Workspace One environments
* Technical Depth: In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in specific IT
domain (Identity Management, Endpoint Management)
* Project Experience: Experience contributing significantly to or leading IT
projects
* Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with
experience in incident investigation
* Security Practices: Solid understanding of system security practices
* Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain
technical concepts clearly
* Passion: A passion for technology and continuous learning
Preferred
* Relevant Industry certifications
* Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef)
* Experience with low-code solutions (Workato, Make.com, Powerautomate)
