About the role

At the Tech Academy, we’re supporting the professional development of our ET&SM
employees by providing custom learning solutions, tools, and clear growth
pathways that strengthen their technological skills.

We’re seeking a Learning & Development specialist with a strong interest in
technology, an analytical approach, and a passion for building future-focused
skills. In this role, you will design and deliver learning initiatives that
enhance technical competencies across the global organisation. You will play a
key part in developing scalable learning tools, analysing capability needs, and
implementing impactful solutions that empower our global teams to grow in a
rapidly evolving tech environment. With a curiosity for how diverse technologies
work and a drive to support learning in a complex, international context, you
will contribute directly to the success of our Tech Academy and the broader
strategic talent agenda.

How you will get the job done

* organising training measures
* operationally managing our learning management system, IMC
* curating of the online learning platforms (Pluralsight and O’Reilly)
* editing the qualification pathways and development plans
* working with the Global Tech Role Framework (GTRF)
* implementing communication activities
* carrying out management reporting
* supporting workshops and other training formats
* evaluating staff feedback on training
* analysing ongoing market trends in new training formats
* supporting knowledge management at the IT group level

Skills and experience you will need

* fluency in English (C1)
* Bachelor’s degree
* working experience with e-learning platforms and matching the relevant
courses to the skill being trained
* experience of working with development pathways, skills development of
technological and non-technological staff
* analytical mindset and knowledge of Power BI and Excel
* highly developed communication and presentation skills
* openness and team orientation
* curiosity with an interest in technology

Nice to have

* understanding of insurance
* international, corporate experience
* experience working with HR

About Us
