Your New Role…
The People & Culture (P&C) Workforce Management team drive global programs and
processes relating to management of workforce needs in the organization
including organizational design & change; workforce transition management,
headcount budgeting and financial forecasting support. The team is a key conduit
between the P&C and Finance business partners in supporting financial and people
needs of the business.
The Workforce Management Partner works with the P&C Leaders to budget and
forecast headcount within each team. The WFM Partner supports P&C partners by
analysing different business units and planning new or updated organisation
structures in our Org Design (OD) tool that align with the strategic objectives
for the business unit. They work with a team of WFM Partners on the OD tool to
ensure that any restructures across the units are aligned and track and monitor
implementation.
Your Role Accountabilities…
* Partner with P&C Partners, Talent and Talent Acquisition in aligning long
term business goals with workforce needs and development of plans to address
gaps
* Support completion of annual budget templates inputs based on organizational
operational needs; with clear timelines. Balance departmental inputs & cost
control
* Support Finance FP&A with position forecast updates and reconciliations
* Manage periodic review of open positions and actively manage in line with
cost control needs
* Use workforce analytics and data-driven insights to prepare reports and
presentations on workforce metrics for senior management to support strategic
decision-making.
Project Management
* Operational improvements in our position & forecasting processes – working
with FP&A Partners to understand where there are opportunities to improve &
align.
* Work as part of a project team to deliver operational improvements.
* Contribute to reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding
project progress and success across all initiatives
Organizational Design
* Conduct organizational assessments using a variety of analytical techniques
to identify areas for structural improvement.
* Undertake organizational design scenario planning in our OD tool, based on
business needs
* Drive org modelling implementation activities, financials tracking, severance
accruals and operational administration
Stakeholder Mgt & Bus Partnering
* Responsible for developing and reporting on key project milestones and
metrics using the OD reporting tool.
* Work with a team of Workforce Management Partners to co-ordinate and report
on restructuring activities across the business.
Workforce Analysis
* Leverage workforce data to analyse key trends within workforce & business
units.
* Share best practices in OD tool use with other WFM partners, and train P&C
Partners to use & report in the OD tool.
Qualifications & Experience…
* 5+ years of experience in workforce management/planning, HR analytics, or a
related HR function.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or relevant field, and/or a
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
* Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
* Knowledge and understanding of key finance / HR processes relating to budget
management and forecasting
* Ability to quickly build relationships with stakeholder groups and to work
effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate
analytical data into actionable insights.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS, workforce management
systems, and Excel.

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines
remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed
with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager
reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to
business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
