customers.WHAT YOULL DO:As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will play a key role
in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across multiple
platforms, including web applications, RMM products, SOAP and REST APIs, and
native mobile apps for iOS and Android. You will work closely with developers
and stakeholders to identify testing needs, execute test cases, and drive
continuous improvement in our QA processes.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We seek a
highly motivated QA professional with 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies,
hands-on experience with defect tracking tools, and the ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and execute manual test cases for Web, Windows, Linux,
MacOS, and native iOS and Android applications.Collaborate with developers and
stakeholders to define and prioritize testing needs.Develop and maintain test
plans and test cases for various products.Participate in bug triage meetings and
contribute to the bug-fixing process.Identify, document, and escalate critical
issues to relevant stakeholders.Stay up to date with industry trends and
advancements in manual testing.Mentor and guide junior QA team members to
enhance overall team performance.WHAT YOULL BRING:5+ years of experience in
manual testing of web and native applications.Strong understanding of the
software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Hands-on
experience in creating and executing manual test cases.Familiarity with defect
tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.Experience in testing native
mobile apps for iOS and Android.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic
