Job Description

Your responsibilities:

* providing excellent customer service (supporting Spanish and Latam clients)
* building up positive relationships with customers
* resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction
* providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and
by phone)
* monitoring of the situation on financial markets
* working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
* cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

Our Requirements

* Spanish language – native or proficiency level required
* responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
* strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* good knowledge of MS Office
* shift work (night shift)
* Optional
* previous experience in a customer service role
* knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
