We’re looking for a seasoned Program/PMO Manager with 5+ years of experience to
join our team in the Finance and Risk Technology space. You’ll work closely with
technology leadership to oversee project governance, ensure SDLC best practices,
and drive delivery excellence across a portfolio of critical programs.
What You’ll Do
• Establish and enforce PMO best practices aligned with enterprise frameworks
• Support and mentor project managers on delivery standards and compliance
• Oversee program coordination and reporting across Finance and Risk Technology
• Manage project metrics, KPIs, and related dashboards
• Facilitate program governance, benefit realization, and closure activities
• Collaborate with technology leads and executive stakeholders to ensure
transparency and drive decisions
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of PMO/Program Management experience in large enterprise IT
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and KPI reporting tools
• PMP or equivalent certification (SAFe preferred)
• Banking or financial services background a plus
