    Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one
    of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and
    commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel). Our strategic partnership
    is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance
    the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

    Legend Biotech is seeking a SVP, Head of Commercial as part of the Commercial
    team based in Somerset, NJ.

    Role Overview

    The Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial, is a critical member of the
    executive leadership team, accountable for driving Legend Biotech’s commercial
    growth strategy. This visionary leader will be responsible for elevating our
    commercialization capabilities-including strategy, execution, talent
    development, and market presence-to ensure that every eligible patient has
    access to our transformative cell therapy.

    In partnership with Johnson & Johnson, Legend Biotech co-commercializes Carvykti
    (cilta-cel), a BCMA-targeted cell therapy for multiple myeloma. Since its
    approval in 2022, Carvykti has led the market and holds substantial potential,
    particularly in earlier lines of treatment.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Commercial Strategy and Execution

    The SVP, Head of Commercial will lead all facets of Legend Biotech’s
    commercialization efforts, with a primary focus on Carvykti. This includes:

    * Driving commercial strategy and execution for Carvykti across current and
    future indications.
    * Leading sales, marketing, market access, and commercial operations to ensure
    every eligible patient has access to our cell therapy.
    * Building and scaling Legend’s commercial infrastructure and capabilities to
    support long-term growth.
    * Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs, Finance,
    Analytics, and Manufacturing to align strategic priorities.

    * Leadership Expectations
    * Providing effective leadership to the commercial organization to ensure the
    development of the business and its people.
    * Building and mentoring a high-performing team while fostering a culture of
    accountability, innovation, continuous learning, integrity, transparency, and
    patient-centricity.
    * Developing succession planning and talent development programs to ensure
    long-term organizational capability.
    * Modeling Legend’s core values and setting the tone for a culture grounded in
    quality, integrity, and compliance.
    * External Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
    * Leading commercial assessments for pipeline programs and business development
    opportunities.
    * Representing Legend Biotech externally with key customers, advocacy groups,
    business partners, and stakeholders.
    * Supporting investor and analyst communications to reinforce Legend’s market
    position and vision.

    Requirements

    * Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD. etc.)
    * Minimum of 15 years in commercial leadership roles, with strong preference
    for experience in cell therapy and/or hematology.
    * Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance with urgency,
    accountability, and resilience in competitive markets.
    * Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
    * Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to translate
    insights into actionable strategies.
    * Exceptional leadership and influence across matrixed environments and
    external partnerships.
    * Experience in long-term strategic planning and development of global
    commercial strategies grounded in deep market insights.
    * Track record of executing key priorities with clear metrics, high standards,
    and a culture of continuous improvement.

    The anticipated base pay range for this is: $378,111 – $496,269 USD.
