    This is Sales Development at LatticeThe Sales/Business Development
    Representative is an ambitious and organized professional who loves working with
    prospective customers and bringing in sales leads. SBDRs play a critical role in
    the sales cycle and are often the first contact that a prospective customer has
    with Lattice. Whether interacting on the phone, at an event, through email, or
    some other medium, SBDRs make a positive first impression of Lattice by being
    responsible for the first portion of a prospect’s sales journey. We work hard,

    to start a career in sales? What You Will Do• This is a hybrid inbound/outbound
    prospecting role • You will qualify inbound leads to pass on high quality
    meetings to the Sales team based on our defined criteria. • You will work with
    intent tools to outbound prospect into accounts and book meetings for our sales
    team. • You will respond to customer inquiries and help with qualifying and
    scheduling sales meetings. • You will help follow up with marketing generated,
    warm leads • You will help drive attendance to Lattice events, conferences, and
    webinars. • You will manage time to meet and even exceed productivity metrics •
    You will deliver an extraordinary experience for prospects who are considering
    Lattice and other performance management solutions What You Will Bring to the
    Table• You have strong writing abilities and phone presence • You’re organized
    and able to prioritize • You maintain a positive attitude and are not easily
    discouraged • You’re passionate about making our customers successful • You
    believe in Lattice’s mission and values The estimated annual cash salary for
    this role is $57,600 – $63,900. This position is also eligible for incentive
    stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans. This position
    is also eligible for variable compensation of $22,400 – $24,850 subject to
    personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Lattice’s applicable
