Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site executive-level role for a Vice President of
Marketing and Sales located in Southbury, CT. As we aggressively grow and
prepare to expand regionally, we are seeking a strong, people-first leader to
join our executive team as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. This role is
ideal for someone who thrives on coaching and empowering high-performing teams,
building strategic marketing pipelines, and supporting a talented sales force
with the tools and direction they need to
succeed.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of experienced sales professionals—fostering
a culture of
* accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that drives qualified leads,
strengthens brand awareness, and supports our growth into new markets.
* Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, branding,
advertising, events, and community outreach.
* Partner closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing
efforts and sales goals, providing the lead pipeline and strategic direction
they need to thrive.
* Analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive activity to inform
positioning and messaging.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, product development, and
customer
* experience initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven leader and coach with 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales
leadership, preferably in residential construction or real estate.
* Demonstrated success in mentoring teams, building scalable marketing
strategies, and driving business growth.
* Deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM systems, and
data-driven decision-making.
* Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
* A passion for sustainability, innovation, and delivering an exceptional
homebuying experience.
