Company: Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFS Boeing Poland is looking for a Flight
Operations Airline Support Engineer (Experienced or Senior) level to join our
Flight Operations – Customer Support team in Rzeszow, Poland. The successful
candidate is a qualified and highly motivated individual who will support safe,
efficient, and compliant flight operations of the Global Boeing fleet. As part
of the Flight Operations – Customer Support team you will manage complex work in
a fast paced and multifaceted environment and have the opportunity to work with
both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class support to our
airline customers and the flying public. Position Responsibilities: Research and
response to technical questions from customers to resolve a wide variety of
customer flight operations issues, service problems, and continued airworthiness
concerns Investigate flight operations inquiries and develop suitable solutions
for customers Provide proactive support to customers on current flight
operations issues through conferences, symposiums, and other methods Provide
onsite customer assistance to assigned accounts through consultation to support
the introduction of new airplane models, improve airplane utilization, and
promote the safe and efficient operation of the entire fleet Continually
champion improvements to technologies, tools, and processes to enhance
technological readiness and reduce cycle time and cost Assist in training others
in work processes and work products Some international travel is required
(approximately 10%) This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite at Rzeszow. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited
course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or
computer science 3+ years of related work experience in Engineering Existing
rights to work in Poland Fluent English Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Level 4 (senior): 5 or more years’ related work experience
or an equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with Boeing
flight operations, performance software and commercial airplane performance
Ability to summarize results; develop conclusions and recommendations based on
