We’re looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. You’ll work alongside an experienced designer to create intuitive and good-looking user interfaces. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, gain real product experience, and potentially become a contractor with HYS Enterprise.
Requirements:
– Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, practices, and tools;
– Basic knowledge of Figma (especially working with auto layouts);
– Understanding of user-centered design;
– Attention to detail and a desire to learn;
– Good communication skills;
– Portfolio or examples of past design work (personal or academic);
– Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken).
We have 4 stages of selection:
– Test task;
– HR interview;
– Tech interview;
– Final interview with the founders of the company.
Responsibilities:
– Design screens and user flows for the web app and website;
– Create wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes;
– Collaborate with product managers and developers;
– Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions;
– Follow the design system and help maintain visual consistency.
Would be a plus:
– Basic knowledge of user research;
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
