and Paris), you will work on technically challenging projects that directly
influence liquidity management, AML, and regulatory compliance in the global
banking space.

* Implementing and maintaining high-quality code using Craft practices (clean
code, peer review, automated testing, continuous integration).
* Troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring stability and
minimal downtime.
* Contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
* Driving continuous improvement in code quality using tools like Sonar and
Jenkins.
* Closely partnering with our Paris team – communication and collaboration are
key.
* Taking end-to-end ownership of delivering IT solutions (2-week Scrum
sprints), from concept to production follow-up.
* Applying Agile Scrum methodology and active participation in ceremonies.
* Collaboration with Business Analysts to refine specifications, test plans,
and certification criteria.
* Evaluating feasibility, cost, and project scope to ensure the right technical
solutions.
Profile required
* You have 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in Java backend
development.
* You have a strong command of Java 11 or 17, and solid expertise in frameworks
like Spring 5/6, Hibernate 5, Spring Batch, Spring Data, Spring Boot.
* You have hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, Maven) and
database knowledge (SQL).
* You understand how to translate mathematical formulas into clean, efficient
code.
* You are familiar with web services and monitoring tools (Logstash, Kibana,
ElasticSearch).
* You bring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability
to prioritize effectively.
* You believe in teamwork, transparency, and delivering value – not just
features.
* You are fluent in English.
