e are looking for a Head of Marketing who’ll lead all our marketing activities including but not limited to content strategy, advertising, social media, lead generation, PR and SEO.
Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you!
Ultimately, you will run our marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
— Craft strategies for all marketing teams, including content, advertising, social media and communications, creative, and sales outreach;
— Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department;
— Set, monitor and report on team goals and provide in-depth quarterly reports to the management;
— Design branding, positioning and communication strategies
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material);
— Analyze consumer behavior and keep the ICP up to date
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
— Create and execute on the hiring plans for the marketing department;
— Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features);
— Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to achieve key business objectives.
— At least 2 years of work experience as Marketing Director, Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager in B2B marketing, SaaS niche or outsource;
— A proven record on planning and executing on successful marketing campaigns that reached company’s revenue and lead generation goals;
— Solid expertise in at least one of these domains: lead generation, ABM, advertising or PR;
— Experience with CRM software;
— Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals;
— Analytical mind;
— Degree in Marketing or relevant field is preferred;
— Experience with ABM or ABS approaches would be a plus.
