Responsibilities:
* Support and ensure the operational reliability of the KUREPO invoicing
solution
* Design and implement scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems for our
applications
* Drive technical decisions and promote best practices in coding, testing, and
deployment
* Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate business
requirements into robust technical solutions
* Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and
areas for system improvement
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence
and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
* Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable, distributed systems
* Strong PL/SQL knowledge
* Experience with Node.js and React
* Experience with Oracle databases
* Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration
(e.g., ECS, Kubernetes)
* Proficient with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub
Actions)
* Skilled in working with both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) and relational
databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for code quality and technical
excellence
* Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English
Desirable:
* Experience with Java, including Spring and SpringBoot
* Experience with Kafka
* Proficiency in German
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
* Experience with GCP and services like BigQuery
