We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to support pipeline generation for a PPM software.
Requirements:
– Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down problems, plan, and prioritize;
– Ability to research competitors, identify their weaknesses, and clearly articulate our advantages;
– Basic understanding of software products or the tech industry;
– Naturally curious and eager to learn new tools and concepts;
– Strong interest in AI tools and modern productivity workflows;
– Upper-Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
– Communicate with inbound leads and help qualify potential customers;
– Work with CRM (Pipedrive) to manage contacts, deals, and sales activities;
– Conduct market and competitor research;
– Support surveys and market discovery initiatives;
– Help launch and test outbound campaigns;
– Assist the team in identifying potential opportunities and improving outreach strategies.
Would be a plus:
– Any education or experience in B2B sales or marketing;
– Familiarity with CRM systems;
– Interest in SaaS, project management, or AI-driven software.
