The Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical, customer-obsessed Partner Success &
Operations Manager to help our customers unlock the full value of the Verse
platform. The ideal candidate has a consulting background and thrives at the
intersection of customer experience, product strategy, and data-driven insights.
You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and a trusted advisor
externally—ensuring our users succeed, stay engaged, and help shape the future
of our product.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Success

* Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, and serve as a
frontline when technical challenges emerge, ensuring they derive maximum
value from our software.
* Build deep relationships with users to understand their goals, workflows, and
pain-points.
* Partner with our Data Science team to conduct tailored, one-off analyses that
help address customer needs and unlock new value.
* Collaborate with the Product team to feed recurring needs into the product
roadmap, ensuring our platform evolves in line with market demand.
* Provide users with insights that inform their technical understanding of
their product

Proactive Customer Feedback Loops

* Lead regular customer check-ins to monitor satisfaction, capture feedback,
and reduce churn.
* Identify patterns across accounts/users and translate insights into
actionable product and business recommendations.
* Champion the customer internally by articulating their needs with clarity and
empathy.

Project Management

* Lead regular check-ins with project leadership to track milestones, surface
risks, and drive accountability
* Manage project timelines and deliverables, and provide clear status updates
and reporting to company leadership
* Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales/Commercial and technical
teamsProduct, Engineering, Data Science to ensure alignment and progress
toward project goals

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

* 4+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in a similarly
rigorous, analytical, and stakeholder-facing role with a strong track record
of problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, driving execution
across teams and delivering results on time.
* Customer-first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize, and translate
feedback into actionable recommendations.
* Strong communication skills – able to engage technical and non-technical
audiences with equal fluency.
* Data-savvy and detail-oriented, comfortable working with analytics teams and
distilling insights from data.
* Collaborative and proactive, excited to work across functions in a
fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, data science and engineering
teams.

What Will Make You Standout (Preferred Qualifications)

* Experience working in renewable energy space
* Proficiency with analytics tools for large datasets (e.g. python)

Base Pay Range

$120,000 – $180,000

This is the estimated base salary range for this position, which does not
include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of
factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not
limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and
certifications, and business and organizational needs.
