We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Recruitment Team Lead to guide, inspire, and grow a team of four recruiters. If you’re energized by finding smart, creative solutions and see recruitment as a business function — not just filling roles — we’d love to meet you.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including at least 6 months in a lead, mentoring, or coordination role;
— Completed courses in IT recruitment;
— Solid understanding of IT roles, terminology, and market dynamics;
— Proven sourcing skills and a creative approach to candidate outreach;
— Strong HR interview skills and ability to evaluate both hard and soft skills;
— Analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with data and extracting insights;
— Well-organized, disciplined, and able to multitask effectively;
— Stress-resistant, rational, and able to keep a cool head under pressure;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

— Lead and support a team of 4 recruiters, ensuring high performance and growth;
— Improve and scale recruiting processes with a data-driven and business-focused approach;
— Own and drive recruitment plans to ensure timely and high-quality hires;
— Personally contribute to hiring for key or complex roles;
— Monitor recruitment analytics and optimize funnel performance;
— Bring fresh ideas to sourcing and candidate engagement strategies;
— Collaborate closely with hiring managers and understand business needs.
