— Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be a plus;
— English upper intermediate or higher;
— 3+ years’ experience in social media management and at least 1 year of experience working with social media in B2B niche;
— Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube);
— Able to assist with content creation and work alongside graphic designers with basic graphic design skills (ex. Canva, Photoshop);
— Strong writing skills – the ability to research and distill complex content into concise and compelling formats for social media, including effective storytelling;
— Exceptional project management skills: the ability to own multiple, high-priority or complex projects at once;
— Strong organizational, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail;
— Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven personality.
The Social Media Strategist plays an essential role at HYS Enterprise. The person in this role is responsible for establishing a comprehensive strategy for promoting the HYS Enterprise, Epicflow, and Mob.id brands and driving awareness and engagement with audiences across our social media channels.
The role will involve working closely with clients and internal creative teams to develop a high-quality social and content strategy that will be engaging and impactful. You will need the ability to develop exciting ideas and work with creatives from a conceptual level, utilizing a multi-platform approach across social media.
— Create, curate, build and schedule social media content (copywriting and multimedia) across various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Quora and Reddit);
— Oversee creative strategy for advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google ad platforms. Also, use paid advertising to boost important pieces of content on social channels;
— Assist in the development and maintenance of social brand guidelines and social voice;
— Provide ongoing community management, including day-to-day social engagement and UGC management;
— Monitor and analyze ad metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement;
— Develop new high-potential social channels, such as YouTube and Xing, that attract our target demographic;
— Assist in Marketing campaigns execution: perform active listening and other tactics to engage with the key decision-makers from the selected group of companies;
— Work on an influencer marketing strategy with industry experts;
— Launch and run events such as webinars and masterclasses to engage with the right leads;
— Track and analyze social KPIs and provide weekly/monthly insights that tailor the future strategy.
