    Requirements

    — Work experience in the position of Event Marketing Manager in international IT companies from 2 years;

    — Experience in conducting B2B events;

    — Broad strategic and creative thinking;

    — Organization and attention to details;

    — Excellent problem-solving skills;

    — Strong verbal and written communication skills;

    — English level is at least upper-intermediate.

    Responsibilities

    — Development of strategies for the marketing team’s participation in activities aimed at achieving the company’s business goals;

    — Organization and planning of the team’s participation in international events, preparation of concepts, stands, merch, etc.;

    — Coordination of actions with the marketing and sales team;

    — Analysis of return on investment in events;

    — Collecting feedback and providing recommendations for further improvement of event planning and attendance;

    — Managing the calendar of events, as well as creating a schedule of meetings for management, coordinating all aspects of each event;

    — Evaluating results against goals and identifying ways to improve.
