Experience/Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics/Statistics or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.
Must have 7+ years of experience leading teams of 6 or more engineers.
Must have 10 years of professional experience in software engineering. Experience building commercial products preferred.
Experience designing and building enterprise web applications.
Experience with HTTP and RESTful web services.
Some experience with PHP, JavaScript and/or Vue.
Experience building software for the cloud (SaaS) is strongly preferred.
Experience working with big data solutions like Hadoop, Elastic Stack, BDAS and Spark preferred.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment tools.
Familiarity with Docker and/or Windows Containers.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead multiple teams of approximately 15-20 engineers.
Mentor and coach engineer of all skill levels
Provide regular feedback and coaching on job performance.
Oversee the development of products and/or components through the entire product lifecycle in a fast-paced agile environment.
Interface with other engineering teams and product managers to ensure projects are successful in both features and technical focus
Collaborate with peers across the organization to ensure seamless integration between products and components.
Must maintain strong technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, test and demonstrate the product or component your team is building.
Directly responsible for achieving and maintaining the highest levels of product quality.
Maintain a climate of fostering high levels of employee motivation, performance, and commitment.
