They employ nearly 50,000 people in more than 50 countries throughout the world. The project is a software and hardware system to introduce a new generation of medical infusion devices like pumps, and similar ones.

YOU ARE

• The candidate who knows key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
• Ready to deliver exceptional value to our Clients
• Able to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Possessing excellent knowledge of business process modeling
• Familiar with enterprise business operations and specifics, especially from an IT perspective
• Having a concept of software development specifics and methodologies
• Showing a skill of business architecture frameworks
• Understanding management principles and project management specifics
• Excellent in written and verbal communication and giving presentations
• Demonstrating at least Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Developing business case to assess the feasibility of possible solutions or investments
• Establishing and following requirements’ lifecycle process
• Conducting stakeholder analysis, planning communication strategy by taking into consideration its results and project specifics
• Managing solution scope
• Establishing the change management process where applicable
• Translating the Market Requirements into Product Requirements suitable for Engineering to act on
• Prioritizing requirements and defining scope to meet client needs in a timely manner given available resources
• Managing the entire feature life cycle from planning and definition through implementation, testing, and deployment
