Requirements
— 4+ year of work experience as a QA Engineer
— Good knowledge of testing theory
— Experience working with a test management tool
— Experience with issue tracking systems (JIRA)
— Experience in web-testing, good knowledge in client-server architecture, API, practical skills using Chrome Dev-tools
— Good logical and analytical thinking
— Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken), ability to discuss technical topics with English speaking managers and developers
— High level of responsibility and time management skills
— Ability to communicate effectively
Would Be a Plus
— Experience with test design techniques
— Automation experience, especially with JavaScript + Cypress
— Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS
— Experience with API testing tools, e.g. Postman, Fiddler
— Experience in working within agile teams (e.g. SCRUM)
About project
A digital experience analytics platform – a service that provides ability to collect granular digital customer experience data, see customer behavior and struggles, explore real-time or historical data.
Responsibilities
— Collect and analyze requirements and design test plans
— Create, maintain and execute manual test cases with Xray test management tool
— Report found issues as Jira tickets, communicate directly with the development team
— Build functional automation scripts, both UI & API, using JS + Cypress to integrate with our CI/CD pipeline
